India to acquire 15 light combat helicopters from HAL

According to a PR published by the Indian government on March 31, 2022, the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) met under the Chairmanship of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 30 March 2022 in New Delhi. The CCS has approved the procurement of 15 Light Combat Helicopters (LCH) Limited Series Production at the cost of Rs. 3,887 Cr along with Infrastructure sanctions worth Rs. 377 Cr.

Mali army gets Mi-24P Hind-F combat helicopters from Russia

The military government of Mali has taken delivery of two Mi-24P Hind-F combat helicopters from Russia, an AFP journalist saw who also saw at least five transport trucks. As shown by a tweet with a picture posted by aBamako on March 31, Defense Minister Sadio Camara late Wednesday, March 30, formally received the helicopters, radar, and other equipment brought by a Russian transport plane to a military base at Bamako airport, The Defense Post reports.

Indian Air Force LCA Tejas fighter jets to be armed with JDAM guidance kit bombs

BAE Systems keeps providing long term support for RAF Hawk fleet

The £590million contract secures hundreds of engineering jobs in North Wales, home to No. 4 Flying Training School, responsible for training the UK's next generation of world-class fighter pilots. As well as providing availability support to the RAF’s Hawk T2 fleet, BAE Systems will provide depth maintenance to the RAF’s iconic Red Arrows display team from RAF Valley in Anglesey, ensuring the Hawk fleet continues as a global ambassador for the UK.

The Australian Department of Defence has selected Boeing’s Insitu Pacific Pty Ltd to supply the Australian Army with 24 of their signature ‘Integrator’ tactical unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), associated ground systems and integration services under its LAND 129 Phase 3 project. Insitu Pacific offered their Integrator tactical UAV to meet the Australian Army’s requirements, and 24 units will be delivered under a A$650 million (US$480 million) deal.
