The Lockheed Martin (previously Lockheed) KC-130 is a family of the extended-range tanker version of the C-130 Hercules transport aircraft modified for aerial refueling.

These aircraft will be used by the Peruvian Air Force (FAP) both for military operations and to attend disasters, fires, and other humanitarian operations, as will soon be the national distribution of batches of vaccines against COVID 19.

These two KC-130H Hercules aircraft are part of the ten aircraft of that type they have recently been discharged from the Army Air of Spain to modernize its fleet of medium transport range with the addition of the Airbus A400.

Last year, the Uruguayan Air Force (FAU) received the 2 KC-130H Hercules acquired from Spain, which arrived in Montevideo yesterday December 19.
