Thanks to the persistence of the President and Supreme Commander Aleksandar Vučić, the previous three years have been very important for the Serbian Army and especially for the Air Force and Air Defense.

With a maximum take-off weight of 3.7 tonnes, the H145M can be used for a wide range of tasks, including troop transport, utility, surveillance, air rescue, armed reconnaissance and medical evacuation.

The H-145M helicopters have a side crane that has the ability to lift loads up to 270 kilograms. The maximum speed of the helicopter is 265 km/h, the cruising speed is 240 km/h, while the maximum operating altitude is 4,877 meters and the range is 638 kilometers.

It is also equipped with the most modern optoelectronic and navigation systems that enable use in complex meteorological conditions, day and night.

The Serbian Army is fitting the H-145M helicopter with domestically-build weapons, such as the 80 mm rocket launcher as well as the gondola with a 12.7 mm machine gun both developed by the Military Technical Institute and Yugoimport SDPR and produced by "Utva" from Pancevo.

Powered by two Safran Arriel 2E engines, the H145M is equipped with full authority digital engine control (FADEC) and the Helionix digital avionics suite. It includes a high-performance 4-axis autopilot, increasing safety and reducing pilot workload. Its particularly low acoustic footprint makes the H145M the quietest helicopter in its class.
