Defexpo 2018: Lacroix pitching advanced countermeasures for IAF Rafale and Tejas LCA


Lacroix Defense, a France-based leader in countermeasures, is definitely fighting on all fronts to promote its systems. During Defexpo 2018, the company, which has been particularly active in the Asia-Pacific area, will highlight advanced systems for IAF major programs, the Rafale and the Tejas Light Combat Aircraft (LCA).

At Defexpo, LACROIX is offering state of the art countermeasure systems to protect IAF platforms such as the Rafale and Tejas LCA fighter jets against the most modern InfraRed threats. The Tejas LCA is a single-engine light fighter aircraft which has recently completed its first hot refueling trials, bringing the aircraft closer to final operational clearance after more than 25 years of development. In December 2017, the IAF issued a tender to Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd for the procurement of 83 Tejas LCAs including 73 single-seat LCA Mark-IA aircraft.
