Latvian company UAV Factory still supplies Latvian armed forces with unmanned aircraft


The Latvian Ministry of Defense has signed an agreement with Latvian manufacturer UAV Factory to continue supplying and maintaining unmanned aerial vehicle systems, the ministry said December 23.

Unmanned aircraft systems delivered to the Latvian army will also be used in search, rescue and other similar civilian operations, reported press service of MOD of Latvia.

“I am pleased with the successful cooperation with the Latvian company UAV Factory, which allows us to continue supplying the armed forces with unmanned aircraft. By purposefully developing cooperation with the Latvian defense industry, we contribute to security of supply and make a significant contribution to the development of the Latvian economy as a whole,” said Minister of Defense Artis Pabriks.
