The Boeing KC-46 Pegasus is a military aerial refuelling and strategic military transport aircraft developed by Boeing from its 767 jet airliner. The new KC-46 fleet is planned to replace the US Air Force’s ageing fleet of Boeing KC-135 Stratotankers.

This contract provides for a broad range of post-production related non-recurring and recurring requirements centred on user-directed and Federal Aviation Administration-mandated KC-46 air vehicle needs. Work will be performed in Seattle, Washington, and is expected to be complete by April 28, 2029, the US DoD said in a statement Monday, April 29.
