The SW-6 UAV is a small-size variant reconnaissance and jamming UAV. It can be carried by a wide range of fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, such as the Z-11WB light multirole helicopter showcased by the Chinese aircraft manufacturer AVIC. It can be launched from any fighter, UAV, or helicopter hardpoint.

After having been released in the mission area, the UAV will perform operational missions independently.

AVIC’s SW-6 has an overall length of 1.6 m, not including the airspeed tube, a front wing span of 2.4 m and a rear wing span of 2.9 m.

The system has a maximum take-off weight of 20 kg and can carry up to 5 kg of various payload systems.

The SW-6 features a cruising speed of 80-100 km/h and a cruising altitude reaching 1000 m. It has a 1 hour-long flight endurance.
