It determines interaction between TsAGI and CAE in fundamental and applied research. Joint projects are possible and each party can invest on a shared basis. Joint participation in scientific conferences, as well as data exchange at regular consultations and meetings is envisaged.

"The results of the scientific conference and the signed agreement offer a starting point in developing scientific cooperation between the two countries in fundamental research and the creation of new civilian aircraft in the framework of existing and planned contracts between Russia and China," TsAGI Deputy CEO Alexander Medvedsky said.
