The Helicopters flew from the Kazan Aviation Plant City and headed to the airport Sizran where they carried out refueling, and then flew to their final destination - the Sokol airfield. In total helicopters spent more than 3 hours in the air.

Currently the helicopter Ansat-U is on trial operations, and is flying instructor pilot. The academy will receive 19 helicopters of this type. The cadets will start training on this helicopter in 2014.

New machines are classified as " light" and are designed to teach the initial flight training to cadets of military aviation schools. In the future, they will completely replace obsolete Mi-2.
